One Stop Shop Service Grant
The SEAI have developed a one-stop-shop approach to the retrofit process which offers homeowners significant amounts of grant support and enables them to benefit from a single grant application. The benefits of this approach include a much larger discount than undertaking individual measures and removing the hassle of managing all of the details of the project.
The grant payment can only be made once your contractor has submitted all of the required documentation to SEAI and the post works BER has been assessed by an independent BER assessor. It is advisable to get your solar PV company to upload all of the necessary paperwork as soon as possible after installation, ideally within a few days.
